1st Amendment |
The government is not allowed to restrict you from practicing your religion on your own. The first amendment gives you the right to express your own ideas your own thoughts and ideas to the public (the first amendment does not protect you from slander or false statements). It also gives you the right to assemble as long as you gather peacefully and don't participate in illegal activities, you also have the right to press and petition.

4th Amendment |
The fourth amendment protects you from uncalled for search and seizure. Without a probable cause government officials (police, FBI, Swat, etc.) can not enter your house or living space without a search warrant. In order to get a search warrant a judge has to see probable cause and sign off on it. Although if there is an emergency (gunshot, Drug usage, suspicious activity, etc.) then search and seizure is allowed without a warrant.

5th Amendment |
Any one accused of a crime is not held responsible to answer to the capital. They can not be tried to for the same crime twice (double jeopardy). If the person accused of a crime "plead the fifth" then they have the right to not testify against themselves. With this they can not be excluded from the right to life, liberty, or property. If the government takes private property they must pay the owner a fair compensation.
